Junior Property Manager

They are open to experienced candidates or someone with a can-do attitude who is keen to kick start their career in the industry! Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Property Management team in the management of a tidy portfolio
Coordinate maintenance and repair requests
Conduct thorough inspections (ingoing, outgoing, routine)
Ensure rent collection and minimize arrears
Maintain proactive communication with tenants
Collaborate closely with property management and leasing teams
Ideal Candidate:

Possession of a valid driver's licence
Prior experience in real estate is advantageous but not essential
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
A willingness to learn & desire to progress your career in Real Estate
