We are proud of our long and stable history and grateful for our steady base of long-standing clients and employees.We are currently seeking a lawyer from graduate level to 1-2 years experience to join our property law and conveyancing team.THE POSITIONThe position is for a permanent full-time junior lawyer reporting to the Conveyancing Manager and the Partners of the firm.You will receive all necessary training and, depending on your level of experience, you may have carriage of your own matters. Your typical day may include all aspects of property law relating to the conveyancing process, such as reviewing residential and commercial property contracts and off the plan contracts, drafting letters of advice to clients, liaising with clients, taking new matter enquiries, conducting searches, preparing PEXA settlements, attending settlements locally, and assisting our Partners and solicitors with property transactions and any other tasks that ensure settlements occur on time, every time, for our clients.Remuneration for this position will be commensurate with your previous experience and how closely you align to the selection criteria.
