They are seeking a Junior Project Manager to manage a high-performing team of Project Managers to deliver high-end commercial fit-out projects.Reporting directly to the Project Managing Director, the Junior Project Manager will be responsible for delivering commercial fit-out projects in accordance to time and budget.Roles and Responsibilities Prepare and organise pre-commencement of projects on site, including external and internal inductions. Prepare and issue detailed site dilapidation reports before commencement on site. Set, prepare, and be involved in weekly PCG meetings with clients, prepare and issue PCG meeting minutes. Organise and manage the internal site team for works, project sites, and tasks. Report directly to the Project Managing Director. Manage and track project budgets. Attend pre-fit-out meetings with the Project Director & Sales Team as required. Liaise with the designer about changes required on-site or RFI required on plans or documentation. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor of Construction Management. Ideally, the candidate should have 3+ years in commercial office fit-out construction. The candidate should show exceptional problem-solving skills while keeping people on side and motivated.
