About the role

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to plan and manage the delivery of IT-enabled business initiatives with a primary focus on Security and Infrastructure. This role is well suited to an up-and-coming Project Manager with a background as a BA or Project Coordinator. In addition to new projects, you'll work closely with the CIO to further develop and mature the Project Management Office capabilities. This role involves coordinating with the IT Helpdesk and Knowledge Management teams for smooth project transitions, including technical documentation and training.



Key responsibilities

* Use agile principles manage and deliver Network refreshment projects.
* Developing and maintaining project documentations. i.e. technical plans, guides, training material, and progress reporting.
* Facilitate stakeholder communication including vendors, and alignment with project objectives.
* Breaking down agile projects to be task oriented.
* Oversee helpdesk, systems, and platforms for project initiative and efficiencies in project operations and toolsets.
* Collaborate with delivery teams for capacity planning and estimations.
* Lead end-to-end technology projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.



About you

* Ideally a background as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator.
* Strong experience and understanding of managing technology projects using project management methodologies.
* Familiarity with small to medium size environment.
* Self-motivated and detail orientated.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
