Newcastle, Newcastle, Maitland & Hunter NSW This nationally operating insurance repairs and remedial builder has an opportunity for a talented industry professional to step into a Junior Project Manager position.About the Role & CompanyReporting to the Business Development Manager and National Roofing Manager, you will be managing diverse projects within the minor works division in the Newcastle HO, including - RoofingSchoolsNDIS facilities Group HomesResidential land commercial property maintenanceCustom joinery & shop fitoutsBathroom renovations Your role will be to assist in the delivery of projects safety, on time and on budget via liaising with the CA, site supervisor, and trades.Additionally your role will involve estimating and tendering for various projects and trade and subcontractor procurement.This is a fast paced and professional, building and project management company, with ample room for the right person to grow and progress their career long-term.The starting salary is $90,000 - $110,000 + super + fully maintained vehicle - there may be some flexibility for someone highly experienced.About YouAbility to project manage multiple projects at once.Exposure to insurance repairs, roofing, and residential and commercial maintenance and refurb, or any of the industries listed above, highly advantageous.Presentable and able to communicate with all manner of people and personalities.Computer confident - MO Office, specifically ExcelIf this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
