This builder works across small commercial projects currently up to $10m, from new build education, health, industrial, retail, low / mid rise residential to fitout / refurb. Being a smaller builder, management is still working directly with their people, giving them a strong focus on career development and able to tailor it to each person's goals.

About The Opportunity

Seeking that next step in your career? This role is your opportunity to progress from a CA to a PM. As a smaller builder, management sees your role as a PM critical to its success, from client interactions, safety, and of course looking after commercial risk. You will have access to the management team to provide advice and real support to help you successfully transition into a PM role.
