About the Role & Client We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to assist in the planning, execution, and successful completion of HVAC projects. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to develop their project management skills while gaining in-depth experience in the HVAC industry. You will work closely with our senior project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project progress. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and resolve on-site issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and company policies. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including work schedules, progress reports, and project updates. Testing and commissioning works on site as well as installation work when required. Using SimPRO for field service management.
