Junior Project Manager - Award Winning Commercial Builder-Projects Up To $15M

Leading Commercial builder looking for a Junior Project Manager to work on projects up to $15m. This company works on projects up to $15m in a variety of sectors including Health, Industrial & Education. They have forged strong relationships with a number of blue chip clients due to the quality of their work and their personalized approach which has created a large amount of repeat business. They promote from within and want someone who wants to progress in the company, you will be working under a highly experienced and respected Senior Project Manager who will support you as you grow in the role. The Role: In this role you will be given the opportunity to run your own projects(with the support of the Senior PM)  This role would suit someone who has been working as a Junior PM who is looking to develop their skills into a full Project Manager role.  Duties will include: Detailed project programming Procurement   Subcontractor scheduling Managing projects with the guidance of a Senior PM and Supervisor  Client & stakeholder communication You will need to be able to use your own initiative and be open to learning things as you go To be considered:  Ideally previous project management experience within commercial construction Will also consider experienced Site Manager or CA with good tenure with reputable companies working on commercial Construction projects $5m plus.
