Junior Project Coordinator

The Story Join this leading National Healthcare provider who provide hospital and healthcare across Australia with sites operating in every state.
The Role This role will be a 9 month daily rate contract with a possible view to extend. It will be on a project which is a national refresh of 4000 computers (Windows 11) and replacement of printers in hospital settings.

Day to day will include:
Working under the device refresh project coordinatorDeveloping knowledge articlesWorking in a project environmentProject coordinating tasks as requiredWhat You Bring To The Role The right person for the role will utilise their recent experience in project coordination.
Must haves for the role include: Minimum 12 months+ experience in a project coordination roleExperience working with project teams preferably in technologyManaged and maintained project documentationExcellent verbal communication and expertise engaging with peers, technical teams, vendors and stakeholders at all levelsExperience working with vendorsMeeting coordinationTracking project progressReportingRobust and resilient to work in a busy environmentVery strong customer focusAbility to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days in office and 2 from homeWhat's In It For You?
