Our commitment is to celebrate character – no matter what ethnic background, gender, age, religion, identity, or disability.The Opportunity:As Junior Project Coordinator (JPC), you will play a key role in managing small-scale projects, collaborating with engineering teams, senior management, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions. You'll gain hands-on experience in project execution, including proposal development, financial control, reporting, and client communication, while mastering tools like Oracle and Power BI. Supported by an experienced team, you'll develop expertise in cost management, scheduling, and project coordination, with opportunities to take on more complex projects as you grow.Day to Day, your role will include but not limited to:Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather necessary data for project establishment, including project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.Manage and maintain the systems & tools and process flow of opportunity development through to project award (e.g. Salesforce).Generate and distribute project reports and dashboards from Oracle and or Power BI to provide stakeholders with up-to-date project information and insights.Assist Project Management with driving commercial performance.Prepare and review monthly accruals and cost recoveries, reallocations and transfers and produce reports.Coordinate and actively monitor the health of the project including the cost performance and review with the technical lead (TL) or project manager (PM).Create and manage contract development in the Oracle system to ensure accurate invoicing.Review and validate invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents for accuracy and compliance.About you:This opportunity will suit a person that has recently graduated with a Project Management qualification or has had 1 – 2 years' experience in a project management related role.
