As a Product Designer, you'll research, design, build and refine user-centric experiences and interfaces for our carsales users.Working alongside a Senior Product Designer and Product Manager to define and design the user experience for our payments productUnderstand user problems and uncover product pain points to design considered interfaces that meet business requirements and the needs of the end userSupport user testing of your designs to guide their developmentIteratively create user flows and wireframesDevelop high-fidelity prototypes for delivery leveraging our Design SystemConfidently present design concepts to various stakeholders and teams across the business and be receptive to feedback to support iterationsCollaborate with product development and other teams to set realistic expectations for project scope, delivery timeframes whilst maintaining quality standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, technical leads and developers, where you'll make recommendations for the best possible outcomeQualificationsWhat we're looking forA background in digital design and delivery; imagery and photography, iconography, illustration and layout design, with a keen eye for detail to achieve visually pleasing aestheticsA willingness to learn and grow in your careerA collaborative and supportive team player with a positive can-do attitude, who enjoys innovative fast-paced work environmentsAn articulate communicator who can create and deliver engaging presentations to a variety of audiencesCompetent skills in industry-standard software (ideally Figma)Additional InformationA few other things we want to let you know about...carsales is an equal opportunity employer who prides themselves on fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
