We have an exciting opportunity to join Twinings & Co as a Procurement Analyst.
This role is based in our Rowville office and is integral to supporting the Procurement Business Partner in managing and optimizing the procurement process for our company.
Please note: This role is part-time, 3 days a week on a 6-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities Conduct analysis on suppliers' data to ensure compliance with company's requirements.
Identify information gaps in suppliers' database.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive contract management system to store, track, and manage all procurement contracts.
Ensure all contracts are up-to-date, compliant with legal standards, and aligned with company policies.
Analyse procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and inefficiencies in the procurement process.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for tracking cost benefits.
Perform cost-benefit analyses to determine the most cost-effective suppliers without compromising quality.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in procurement.
