Job Description Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include:
End-to-end payroll for 700 staff weekly using ADP (once trained)Ensure all documentation is complete, such as terminations, new hires, and processing payrollsValidate and verify payroll data, checking for accuracy and promptly addressing any discrepancies or issues that ariseResponding to employee queriesPrepare payroll reports and assist in generating various payroll-related documentsStay up-to-date with payroll legislation, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and suggest process improvementsAssist with month and end of year reportingOther ad hoc tasksThe Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have at least one year of payroll experience, either gained during university or in a payroll admin, assistant, or junior payroll officer role.
Ideally, they will have completed a Payroll Diploma or a similar relevant course and be eager to build a career in payroll.
Most importantly, they will be driven, eager to learn, and bring a fun, energetic personality to the team.
