THE ROLE JD Sports is on the lookout for a Junior Payroll Administrator to join their team for a period of six (6) weeks commencing early October. The position will be based at our Support Office, located in Sydney CBD and will be required to work in the office 5x days per week.
Reporting into the Payroll Manager, this role will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Processing new starter onboarding on HR3/iPayroll/Deputy Following up with Management teams and/or other employees for supporting documentation Managing change of age rates on a weekly basis for DC and Retail staff Monitoring the shared inbox and responding to queries in a timely manner Assisting with the processing end to end weekly payroll across HR3 and Etivity Maintaining time and attendance records Processing weekly changes such as variations to employment Working closely with stakeholders such as Store Managers and Area Managers to help resolve payroll queries and support with conducting reporting where required General database maintenance Any other adhoc tasks WHO YOU ARE Minimum 1 year' experience in a similar role Previous experience working in retail or like industry Prior knowledge of General Retail Award and Storage and Services Award preferred Experience using HR3 and/or similar Payroll system Previous experience using Tambla/Etivity is preferred NZ Payroll experience is advantageous Intermediate Excel skills Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
