THE ROLE JD Sports is on the lookout for a Junior Payroll Administrator to join their team for a period of six (6) weeks commencing early October. The position will be based at our Support Office, located in Sydney CBD and will be required to work in the office 5x days per week.
Reporting into the Payroll Manager, this role will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Processing new starter onboarding on HR3/iPayroll/DeputyFollowing up with Management teams and/or other employees for supporting documentationManaging change of age rates on a weekly basis for DC and Retail staffMonitoring the shared inbox and responding to queries in a timely mannerAssisting with the processing end to end weekly payroll across HR3 and EtivityMaintaining time and attendance recordsProcessing weekly changes such as variations to employmentWorking closely with stakeholders such as Store Managers and Area Managers to help resolve payroll queries and support with conducting reporting where requiredGeneral database maintenanceAny other adhoc tasksWHO YOU ARE Minimum 1 year' experience in a similar rolePrevious experience working in retail or like industryPrior knowledge of General Retail Award and Storage and Services Award preferredExperience using HR3 and/or similar Payroll systemPrevious experience using Tambla/Etivity is preferredNZ Payroll experience is advantageousIntermediate Excel skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work autonomously and in a team environmentWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
