The Role
We are looking for a high-spirited and professional individual to manage the Reception & Administration responsibilities at our Melbourne Airport office.
This is bigger than the receptionist role!
The main focus of this position will be reception and administration, but our successful candidate will also take the role of Shipping Documentation facilitator through an AACCI authorised certification officer.
We will ensure plenty of on-the-job training is provided to ensure appropriate certifications and authorisations are obtained and you will have plenty of support from our helpful, friendly team.
Previous experience in an administration or reception position is not essential for this role.
What is essential is a bright and happy disposition, a keen eye for detail, and a can-do attitude!
