Do you want to make a real impact on the lives of young people in your community? As a Junior Paediatric OT at Talk Health Therapy, you'll help kids in your area reach their full potential, all while working locally within 30 minutes of your home.
You'll be supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team, including a senior paediatric OT, speech therapists, and other allied health veterans.
At Talk Health Therapy, we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and caring paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team.
You'll travel to client homes in a company car, providing life-changing care that meets each family's unique needs—all while enjoying the benefits of working for a small, privately owned business, free from corporate politics.
What's On Offer Up to $100,000 + super + performance-based bonuses.A car, and laptop (Mazda CX30 or equivalent).Be rewarded for the quality of your care, not just billable hours.$2,500 annual PD budget and professional development opportunities with supervision from peak body representatives.Flexibility to set your own schedule and work independently.Supportive leadership with a small business feel—quick decisions, no red tape.What You'll Do Conduct in-home assessments of clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical capacities.Provide evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for young clients.Recommend Assistive Technology solutions and assist with equipment prescriptions and home modifications.Collaborate with families, medical professionals, and other allied health team members to deliver holistic care.Maintain accurate, comprehensive case notes and reports according to the NDIS guidelines.Our Ideal Candidate A Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.At least 1 years of experience working as a paediatric OT.A valid driver's licence.Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—and a passion for helping kids achieve their best.Why Talk Health Therapy?
