This firm prides itself on really getting to know its clients and providing first-class legal advice as well as down-to-earth practical advice.The RoleDue to a strong pipeline of work, our client is looking to appoint a litigation lawyer with around 1 to 3 years post admission experience and a solid academic record. This role will see you working closely with the partners on a broad range of civil and commercial disputes ranging from breach of contract, misleading & deceptive conduct, equity disputes, building disputes, insolvency-related disputes, corporate and shareholder disputes, etc. You will draft pleadings, witness statements, go to court, brief counsel, and draft submissions.
