JUNIOR LITIGATION LAWYER Graduate to 2 years PAE - full time position – immediate start $70k to $95k plus super The role We are looking for bright, enthusiastic junior lawyer to join our fast growing commercial practice.
You will be tasked with running both litigious and transactional files in our four core areas of practice: commercial, property, construction and insurance law.
This is a unique and amazing role for a really sharp junior lawyer to take carriage of interesting and diverse matters early in their career.
The ideal candidate will be a self starter with strong academics who has the smarts to identify and investigate the legal and factual issues, conduct appropriate research, draft correspondence, pleadings and affidavits and build a strong rapport with clients. You will have client contact from day one, and be under the supervision of senior lawyers.
