Junior Legal Receptionist

Bale Boshev Lawyers is a dynamic boutique law firm practicing in Plaintiff Personal Injuries, Family Law, Conveyancing, Business Law, and Estate Work. The firm was established in 1980 and has offices at Hamilton, Maitland, and Belmont. The position available is at our Hamilton office.
The Position You will be working in a fast-paced law practice, being responsible for all aspects of reception, including:
Answering all incoming phone calls and transferring where appropriateEnsuring a smooth running of the front deskMeeting and greeting visitorsMailing of documents and mail collectionScanning and filingData entryMonitoring and maintaining staff amenities (kitchen, break rooms, etc.)General administration supportThis is a responsible and demanding position and will require a person with initiative.
Skills & Experience To be considered, the applicant will have:
A friendly and approachable demeanorProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookTechnical proficiency and comfort with new technologyExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalThe ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer An excellent salary package will be offered commensurate with your experience.
