Junior Legal Counsel - In-house - Engineering & ConstructionEnscope is a niche Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management and Commissioning Services provider supporting Australia's Oil and Gas Industries. Headquartered in Perth, Enscope is part of the Quanta Services Inc. (NYSE:PWR) group of companies.About the RoleThe primary objective of the role is to work with the Quanta Services Australia legal team and support the Perth based Legal Manager in providing legal and commercial advice to Enscope on any legal matters relating to the businesses. The scope of the role is both 'front-end' (i.e. tendering, drafting, negotiating and executing of contracts) and 'back-end' (i.e. management of issues which arise during the operational phase of the projects, including progression and resolution of disputes). The role is not expected to involve the management of company secretarial or industrial relations matters, though support and input on discrete issues may be sought and provided from time to time.
