Junior Legal Counsel / Graduate Lawyer

Flexible working environment - working from home Based in South Brisbane with on site parking available Extensive online training platforms About our role: Reporting to the General Counsel, based in our South Brisbane office.
This is a great opportunity for a legal graduate to join our team, work with the business and provide our business partners with expert legal, governance, risk management and compliance advice.
Responsibilities include: Researching and advising on legal and regulatory matters; assisting with provision of legal and commercial advice in relation to marketing and consumer law; Providing administrative assistance to General Manager Legal and Legal Counsel; assisting with management of corporate governance, company secretarial and compliance matters Contract management including: Actively participating in implementation and integration of a new contract management system Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts; Assisting in management of trademark portfolio, management of disputes and complaints, meeting reporting obligations - both internal and external; About you: You obtain a tertiary qualification in Law (Bachelor of Law) You are a recent graduate looking for a new learning opportunity If you are ready to join the #Lactalis Experience Apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
