Sharrock Pitman Legal is a boutique law practice in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, totally focussed on making a difference to the practice of law in terms of the skills, service and results we provide to clients for nearly 60 years.
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, junior legal assistant to work as part of our high performance team.
The positionBased in Glen Waverley, this full-time legal assistant position will involve secretarial support across various areas of law, including preparation of accounts, opening and closing files, liaising with customers, answering phone calls and maintaining file lists. You will also be assisting with general office duties.
With a wide range of tasks, the position requires good organisational skills, attention to detail, enthusiasm, a commitment to service excellence and a passion for working in a law office.

You have strong ethics, excellent character, warm relational skills and a commitment to service excellence.
You are a team player who is teachable and flexible, yet capable of working autonomously. You will have the ability to carry out all tasks required with a 'can-do', positive attitude.
You will have advanced computer skills and preferably be proficient in Affinity.
You will be looking for a long-term career in a progressive boutique practice.
