This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join a busy disputes team at a leading Global Law Firm in the Sydney CBD.
This role provides a chance to thrive in a dynamic environment and advance professionally.
The role: Our client is a leading Law Firm seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Administration Assistant to play a crucial role in their team and provide exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills to enhance the company's day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities: Provide support to Legal Assistants Electronic and hard copy filing Printing and collating legal documents Photocopying, scanning and profiling documents General administrative duties, including reception, mail and maintaining facilities.
About you: This is a fantastic opportunity to grow in the legal administration space.
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 12 months of legal administration experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
In addition to this, you will also have: Impeccable attention to detail Demonstrated enthusiasm and proactivity in the workplace Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications Professionally presented and well-spoken Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
