About the OpportunityTurnbull Hill Lawyers has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic junior Legal Administrative Assistant to join their Wills & Estates team based in Charlestown!
This position provides a great starting point for someone wishing to pursue a career as a legal secretary.
The successful applicant will have completed, or be willing to complete, a Certificate III in Legal Services.
This busy role will see you providing valuable support to the Wills & Estates team by performing various duties.
This could include the following:
Scanning and copying documentsPreparing new client filesLiaising with clients and other stakeholdersFiling correspondence and documents in our electronic fileClosing and archiving filesPreparing and editing documents and correspondencePreparing invoicesAd-hoc administration dutiesEntering documents into safe custodyTo ensure success in this role, you will be well organised, have excellent attention to detail, display initiative and have a flexible and positive approach to your work.
