Key responsibilities:
Assist in drafting wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
Assist with the establishment and updating of companies, trusts and superannuation funds.
Work collaboratively with our legal team to support them in providing legal advice and presentations on wealth advisory matters.
Show initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Engage directly with clients, providing excellent service and fostering positive relationships.
Requirements:
Admitted, or soon to be admitted as a solicitor in Queensland.
Ability to think on your feet and show initiative.
Prefers working in a small law firm environment.
Experience:
1 – 2 years post admission experience is preferred.
Previous exposure or a strong interest in succession, tax and structuring [including superannuation] and related legal fields.
Experience in Actionstep and NetDocuments advantageous but not essential.
