The Firm An established and respected national Australian law firm with a strong Real Estate and Construction practice is seeking a motivated Junior Lawyer to join its Sydney office.

The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a junior lawyer with 2 years of post-admission experience (PAE) to join the firm's Real Estate and Construction practice.
The role is predominantly leasing-focused, requiring a candidate with a strong understanding of leasing matters and an ability to handle a high-volume caseload with precision and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will work directly with clients on various leasing agreements, transactions, and related property matters, and will receive guidance and mentoring from experienced partners and senior lawyers.
The Candidate The ideal candidate will have:
1-2 years of post-admission experience (PAE) in leasing, ideally gained at a mid or top-tier law firm. Demonstrated experience in real estate and leasing transactions, with confidence handling leasing matters independently. Excellent communication and drafting skills, with strong attention to detail. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Enthusiasm for learning and a commitment to developing expertise in real estate and construction law. A genuine interest in property law, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to work well within a collaborative team are essential qualities for success in this role.
