What We're Looking for: Recent law school graduate with 1 - 2 years legal industry experience (litigation preferred) ; Strong research, writing, and analytical skills; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of litigation; and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Assisting senior leaders in all stages of litigation, from case development to trial preparation; Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs; Communicating with clients, opposing Counsel, and court personnel; Participating in case strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions; Attending court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
