Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated lawyer with 1-3 years of post-admission experience (PAE) to join our dynamic small team. The successful candidate will focus on commercial and energy law, with some involvement in litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on commercial and energy matters

Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents

Support senior lawyers in litigation proceedings

Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda

Engage with clients and assist in business development activities

Stay current with developments in energy and commercial law, particularly in the renewable energy sector

Qualifications

Law degree from an accredited institution

Admission to practice law in NSW

1-3 years of post-admission experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Interest in renewable energy and sustainability issues

Desired Skills

Experience in energy sector transactions or regulations

Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and markets

Litigation experience
