They are seeking a driven and highly motivated individual to join their team who has a real passion for the investment and funds management industry.The RoleReporting to the Head of Property Portfolio Management, and working in a collaborative team environment to drive outcomes for clients and the business, your key responsibilities will include:Creating and updating dynamic financial models for current and future assetsCreating and refining distribution forecast modelsDeveloping investment appraisals for new acquisitionsSupporting asset acquisition and disposal processesPreparing financial data for Information Memorandums, investor reports, investment committee and Trust Board papers etc.Undertaking investment analytics on ICAM's property assetsContinuous refinement of the existing financial modelsMonitoring sector, market and economic conditionsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:Relevant university degree (i.e.
