Through diverse advertising and communication solutions, we leverage the site's powerful engagement to amplify brand visibility and investor engagement.The RoleIn this role you willhandle full cycle accounting for several entities.be responsible for general ledger management, AR/AP, PP&E, accruals, prepayments, and month-end reconciliations.ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of records in compliance with accounting practices, tax regulations, and internal reporting policies.take care of daily tasks, including journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations (Xero).assist in semi-annual and annual audits, including intercompany account reconciliations and consolidation financial reports in Excel.manage cash through bank and credit card reconciliations.oversee accounts receivable functions such as sales booking, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.handle accounts payable tasks including posting, payments, and biweekly reports.oversee payroll-related tasks include commissions calculations, PAYG, state payroll tax submissions, and other monthly payroll duties.be responsible for additional tasks such as preparing remittances, assisting auditors, and supporting CFO in process enhancements and ad hoc analysis.The ideal candidate will haveBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related fieldCPA/CA, or working toward one (desirable).2+ years of progressive accounting experience.Proven ability to prioritize projects and deliverables and interact effectively with cross-function teams.Xero or other similar accounting software experience.Salesforce experience.Advanced computer skills, particularly MS Excel (pivot tables and v-lookups).Ability to work unsupervised.Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills.Experience working in audit, public companies and/or capital markets.
