You'll be the link between our sales, product, and customer success teams, playing a critical role in onboarding new clients and setting them up for success.Your key responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end delivery of SaaS implementation projects for clients across Australia and internationally.Lead projects from contract signing through to successful go-live, handing off to Customer Success and Account Management teams.Coordinate scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring smooth execution.Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and status updates.Support clients during project delivery, providing clear communication and issue resolution.Continuously improve implementation processes, documentation, and methodologies.Gain a strong understanding of our platforms and serve as a trusted advisor to clients during onboarding.A bit about you and what you bring to the role:We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment and enjoys working closely with clients and cross-functional teams.
