We are working with a leading Developer / Builder in the ultra high end apartment construction market. This group is a long term Intro Recruitment favourite because they have attracted some of the best talent in the industry and looked after them.
As a result of their continued success and the quality of their product they have been given the green light to commence work on their next project at Broadbeach. This is a $500m twin tower high rise residential development.
The team is in need of a Junior HSE Advisor that has experience working in the construction environment, ideally with some high rise exposure. They have up to date systems and procedures when it comes to safety as they consider their employees health and safety their top priority.
PositionTo be successful in this role you will have recent experience working as an HSE Advisor or Officer on a construction site.
You will be organised and diligent with your paperwork and be up to date with your knowledge of HSE legislation. You will own your responsibilities and achieve timely milestones. You will have the ability to perform toolbox talks and perform site audits with the direction and mentorship of the Snr HSE Advisor.
Your Experience and QualificationsMust have 10+ years recent experience working for a commercial construction companyConfidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and sub contractors alikeDiligent with your paperworkHave the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a teamHave a hands on and proactive approach to your roleMinimum Cert IV in Health and Safety
