This role supports our Finance and Commercial teams with month-end reporting, OPEX forecasting, and contributes to continuous process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Reporting: Assist with forecasting and budgeting for costs, including sales and marketing expenses, and engage in process automation.Stakeholder Management: Build relationships and manage expectations with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Senior Management.Administrative Support: Respond to emails, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas.Key Skills and RequirementsTertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.Experience in finance, accounting, or financial analytics.Advanced Excel skills (e.g., INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables, Power Query).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar tools is a plus.CA or CPA qualification (or in progress) is desirable.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job - we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
