Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Accountant. Reporting to the Reporting Accountant, the Junior Financial Accountant will play a key role in supporting financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Reporting Accountant in financial statement preparation and analysis.Maintain general ledger entries and ensure data accuracy.Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.Provide support for all month-end processes, including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and ensure compliance with accounting standards.Contribute to process improvement initiatives and enhance financial controls.Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as required by management.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Previous experience in a similar role or relevant internship preferred.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExposure to Business Central is desirable.
