About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior Finance Manager to cover for a 4-month medical leave.
This temporary position offers a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to transition into a full-time Finance Manager role.
Responsibilities: Track, prepare and process accounts payable and receivable for the company. Assist General Ledger maintenance and reconciliation. Process customer payments and support invoicing. Execute payroll activities. Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and visitor reception. Organize company events and manage office supplies. Compile data, statistics, and reports to support various departments. Support reconciliation of statements and invoicing tasks. Respond to internal and external inquiries and assist with customer needs. Perform other tasks as directed by the Finance Manager. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable. Proven experience with General Ledger. Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must. Familiarity with LMN or other CRM software is an asset. Accounting designation or working towards one. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with initiative.
