The Role | Reporting to FP&A Manager
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial support to Operations.
Analyse financial performance: Track and analyse key financial metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making. Develop financial forecasts: Prepare accurate financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage financial risk: Identify and mitigate financial risks, implement effective controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Drive business growth: Collaborate with business leaders to develop strategies for growth, optimise profitability, and improve operational efficiency. Provide financial advice: Offer expert financial advice and support on a wide range of business matters, including pricing, investments, and capital expenditure. Conduct financial modelling: Develop financial models to assess the financial implications of various business scenarios, including new product launches, acquisitions, and cost-saving initiatives. Provide business partnering support: Act as a strategic business partner, working closely with operational teams to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive value creation. About You A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CA/CPA Qualified or working towards completion. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a logistics or related industry. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive and results-oriented approach to work. The Company
