The Role | Reporting to FP&A Manager
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial support to Operations.
Analyse financial performance: Track and analyse key financial metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.Develop financial forecasts: Prepare accurate financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Manage financial risk: Identify and mitigate financial risks, implement effective controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Drive business growth: Collaborate with business leaders to develop strategies for growth, optimise profitability, and improve operational efficiency.Provide financial advice: Offer expert financial advice and support on a wide range of business matters, including pricing, investments, and capital expenditure.Conduct financial modelling: Develop financial models to assess the financial implications of various business scenarios, including new product launches, acquisitions, and cost-saving initiatives.Provide business partnering support: Act as a strategic business partner, working closely with operational teams to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive value creation.About You A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.CA/CPA Qualified or working towards completion.Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a logistics or related industry.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.The Company
