What you'll be doing
Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and provide customised proposals Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, staffing, and equipment hire Manage event budgets and ensure all costs are within agreed parameters Oversee the set-up and delivery of events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients Provide on-site support and act as the main point of contact for clients during events Contribute to the continuous improvement of event planning processes and procedures What we're looking for
Minimum 18 months' experience in a similar junior event coordination or management role Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Familiarity with event management software and tools Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to deliver unique and memorable events Enthusiasm for the catering and events industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service What we offer
