Junior Estimator

Great opportunity for a Junior Estimator with ambitions to grow their career with a well-respected commercial builder! Their collaborative approach has allowed them to develop strong client relationships and grow the business to almost 50 dedicated construction professionals. They work across commercial new build & remediation sectors, with multiple projects coming in the new year across all divisions.
The RoleThis is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Junior Estimator with aspirations to fast track their career development with a leading commercial builder. A day in the life of your role as Junior Estimator will include:
Assisting with the preparation of initial estimates and assessment of tendersUploading documentsBuilding relationships with trades and suppliersStakeholder liaison and engagementBasic costingsAbout YouIdeally at least 1-2 years' experience in an estimating role
Knowledge of D&C and/or ECI projects and contracts – experience in Procure Pro software a plus
Strong attention to detail
Love for spreadsheets!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisation skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
In ReturnUp to $110,000 + Super, depending on experience
