We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with a strong background in OutSystems development, specifically holding the OutSystems Associate Reactive Developer certification. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in software development and a proven track record of building high-quality web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform. This is a full-time position based in Perth, Western Australia.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, designers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and maintain scalable and efficient web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform.Design, implement, and test application modules, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions and ensuring application stability and performance.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance development processes and tools.Mentor and guide junior developers, assisting them in their technical growth and ensuring project success. Requirements:
