About the role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated early-career researcher to join our research team.
We are looking for someone fresh, enthusiastic, and willing to chip in to our dynamic Experience Design team.
In this full-time role, you will collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and others to support participant recruitment and collect user feedback.
As a Junior CX Researcher, you will have the valuable opportunity to improve your research skills in an enterprise business environment.
We believe in learning by doing, and your role will involve working closely with researchers and designers to recruit suitable participants, support research and chip in to the development of a robust research operations system.
Responsibilities Research Participant Recruitment and OperationsSupport the research recruitment process, recruiting non-customer and customer for interviews, usability tests etcManage a database of customers and assist with research recruitmentCreate and maintain repeatable processes for research documentation including communications material & templatesAny other research operations assistance as requiredResearchSupport qualitative user research activities from recruiting participants, preparing discussion guides, moderating research sessions, and delivering actionable findings.Support quantitative user research as a secondary activity, from preparing and managing client surveys to supporting teams with iterative test and learn activitiesWork with the Research and Content Manager to monitor continuous customer feedbackSupport the product and tech teams in turning research findings into actions.Champion our customers and their needsWork with colleagues to define and articulate research goalsEssential CriteriaDegree in behavioural science, anthropology, humanities or other social science.Interest in building a career in CX/UX ResearchYou're naturally curious and have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)You motivate yourself and others when the time callsYou know that you are never 'done' with your developmentAttention to detailDesirable criteriaSome qualitative research experienceExperience handling confidential participant information and informed consent processThe starting pay for this role is $80,000Our Culture & Benefits Our values have stood the test of time.
