Junior Credit Officer | Commercial Lending Opportunity to start your career in Credit analysis working for a fin-tech commercial lender.
Mars Recruitment is currently partnering with a recognised fintech lender who is seeking a Credit Officer to join the micro lending team based in Sydney. The role exists within a team that has an excellent culture, offering hybrid work flexibility and is supportive about growth.
Reporting directly to the Credit Manager, you'll be a vital member of the Micro lending team, responsible for evaluating SME businesses, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines while providing excellent service to customers and brokers.

Role and Responsibilities
Evaluate customers in accordance with relevant policies and guidelines.
Accurately input all necessary data into credit assessment models.
Collaborate with brokers to gather required information when needed.
Clearly and professionally communicate credit decisions to both customers and brokers.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Previous experience in banking & financial service is desirable but not a must.
Strong attention to detail and intermediate Excel skills.
Interest in pursuing a career in the Financial Services.
