You will work across a renowned Partner, and Senior Associate. The firm has a loyal base of high net wealth individuals and SME clients that value the tax, general commercial, corporate advisory, succession planning and estates expertise provided. We are seeking a junior lawyer with up to 3 years' PAE. You will work across the full range of corporate/commercial law, including: tax issues in relation to M&A, business sales and acquisitions (particularly in the listed space), corporate restructuring (in particular acting for family offices that are restructuring their group and trusts), and general commercial transactions.BenefitsThe firm is highly profitable, genuinely collegial and they are seeking a superstar junior.
