Junior Contracts Administrator

Junior Contracts Administrator required to join a site team in delivering a Commercial project on Brisbane's North side.
Our successful Head Contractor is seeking a motivated Junior Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of Commercial Construction projects on Brisbane's north side.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project team with daily tasks
Maintain formal notices and key correspondence
Procure subcontractors and suppliers for projects
Liaise with subcontractors and consultants
Perform general administrative duties and document control
Interpret plans and specifications to understand project scope
Ensure compliance and quality standards are met
Assist with progress claims and invoices
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Contracts Administration
Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
Experience in Aged Care, Residential, Retail, or Commercial new builds
Strong attention to detail
On-site experience
Positive attitude with a desire to expand construction knowledge
Must reside on Brisbane's north side
