Role Requirements We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Contracts Administrator to work in our contracts team. In this role, you will have great attention to detail ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing contract administration support to management by way of interpretation, negotiation and application of contracts for all lift installation projects Setup, monitor and submit progress claims/invoicing throughout job duration Ensure timely and accurate contract execution and delivery Assist in drafting and preparing Design Compliance documentation Maintain and update contract records and documentation Preparation of completion documentation Are you the ideal candidate? The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This role will offer training and coaching with the opportunity for the right individual to expand and grow in this role. Ideally you will bring the following:
Prior experience as a Cadet or Junior Contract Administrator Experience in construction industry (preferred but no essential) Legal background (preferred but not essential) Experience with PayApps (preferred but not essential) Professional approach Ability to work under pressure. Excellent time management skills.
