Our successful client seeks a skilled and driven Junior Contracts Administrator to join their team, ensuring the delivery of multi-million dollar commercial projects within QLD.

Have you contributed to the delivery of Health, Education, Commercial, or New Build projects in QLD?

We are looking for a Contracts Administrator with aspirations to advance into Project Management or Contracts Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting Scope of Works, payment schedules, project and financial reportingLiaising with the Project teamCash flow forecasting and accurate cost code maintenanceMaintaining formal notices and key correspondenceSub-contractor liaison and managementKeeping a register of suppliers and sub-contractorsInterpreting plans and specifications to understand the project's full scope of worksEnsuring compliance and quality standards are metProcessing progress claimsRequirements:

Degree in Construction Management or equivalent1-2 years of Contracts Administration experience with a Head Contractor in the commercial sector in QLDProficiency in ProcoreMust be Gold Coast-basedProject Engineer experience is an advantageBenefits:
