The Role
As we are facing the growth in work load and seeking Junior Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, good time management and critical role skills.
Duties and Responsibilities Work under supervision and guidance of Project ManagerAssisting in collecting and summarise project and contract dataLead by example in respect to HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, & Quality) and ensure appropriate systems and procedures are implemented to consistently produce high quality outcomes, meeting contractual specificationsLiaising with construction personnel to ensure contract terms and objectives are metAssisting in Purchase Order processing as direct by Project ManagerAssisting in coordinating CDC/ CD approval processPrepare furniture orders and VE optionsAssisting Project manager in administration of projects from pre-construction through to handover and defect liabilitySkills Ability to stay calm under pressureAbility to build and maintain effective relationshipsA natural leader and motivator who cares for their team and knows how to get the best out of themExcellent verbal and written communication Organised and able to meet deadlinesThe remuneration package will reflect the person's experience and qualifications.
