Junior Contract Administrator

Structural Concepts Australia (SCA) is a multi-faceted Commercial Construction Company specialising in Commercial New Builds, Major Renovations, Fit Out and Refurbishments. SCA also has dedicated in-house Joinery Manufacturing, Metalwork Fabrication, Civil and Excavation services as well as a Transport and Logistics Division.
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Junior Contract Administrator to join our team in a full-time position at SCA.
Duties will include: Supporting the construction teamContract administration of the project, the head contract and subcontract packages, and all other project procurementsResponsible for all contract issues on projects including subcontract letting, variations, progress claims and contract correspondenceManaging subcontracts and suppliersPreparation of tenders, submissions, pre-qualifications and quotesAssist the Project Manager in project delivery requirementsQualifications, Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience in a similar roleProficient in MS OfficeUnderstanding of financial management system, BuildlogicExperience and understanding of ProcorePay and Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.Professional development and training opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
