Allygroup is seeking talented and dedicated Junior Resourcing Consultants to join our team!Join a dynamic, results-driven environment where you will engage in exciting and diverse work and interact with great people and important clients.About the role:As a Junior Resourcing Consultant, you will play a vital role in our recruitment process, assisting with candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while contributing to the success of our clients and candidates.Key Responsibilities:Post job advertisements on SEEK.Add candidates to Bullhorn and manage profiles.Conduct candidate interviews and prepare profiles for review.Schedule interviews and undertake reference checks.Organize onboarding processes and client paperwork.Maintain communication with secondees and follow up on business opportunities.Skills / Experience:Previous admin experience preferred.The Allygroup Advantage:At Allygroup, we believe work should empower and inspire you.
